摘  要:目的通过体外细胞培养技术,研究薯蓣皂苷对多种实体瘤细胞的抑制效应,为进一步开展移植性动物模型研究、抗肿瘤机制探讨以及新药研发提供依据。方法按Mosmann氏MTT比色法略加改进,观察薯蓣皂苷干预后对实体瘤细胞抑制率。结果薯蓣皂苷对A549等6种实体瘤细胞均有不同程度的抑制作用。其中,对A549、KB抑制效果最为显著;Smmc-7721、MCF-7次之,QBC、PC3抑制较弱。结论薯蓣皂苷有抑制多种实体瘤细胞增殖效应,但并无明显选择性,说明薯蓣皂苷抗瘤谱较为广泛,有可能研发成为抗肿瘤新药。Objective With the vitro cell culture technology, to study the inhibition effect of dioscin to many kinds of solid tumor cell, and provide evidence for further research about transplantation animal model and anti-cancer mechanism and new drug R&D. Method With the upgraded Mosmann MTT chromometry to observe the inhibition rate of dioscin to solid tumor. Result Dioscin had inhibition effect on six solid tumor cell. Of the total, A549 and KB group had remarkable effect, Smmc-7721 and MCF-7 group had less effect, QBC and PC3 group had poor inhibition effect. Conclusion Dioscin had inhibition effect on several solid tumor cell and hadn't significant selectivity. It demonstrated dioscin had a wide anti-cancer table and could become new anti-tumor drug.
