摘  要:目的采用正交试验法,对痛泻要方的水提取工艺进行优选。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定橙皮苷的含量,结合100mL水中浸膏密度两个指标优选痛泻要方的提取工艺。结果提取次数对提取效率有非常显著影响(P<0.01),加水量、提取时间对提取效率没有显著影响(P>0.05)。结合生产实际、综合考察,选定最佳工艺为A1B1C3,即加8倍量水,提取3次,每次1h。结论优选工艺可行,含量测定方法准确可靠。Objective To study the water-extraction process of Tongxie Yaofang by the orthogonal test, and to filtrate the optimal extraction process. Methods To establish a HPLC method for determining the content of hesperidin. The extraction process was evaluated on the basis of two parameters, the density of extract in 100 mL water and the content of hesperidin. Results The extraction time significantly affected extraction efficiency (P <0.01), the addition of water and the time of extraction were opposite (P >0.05). Considering the practical production condition, A1B1C3 was regarded as the optimal extraction, that is 8 times of water addition, 3 times of extraction time and each for 1 h. Conclusion The optimal extraction process is steady, and the method of content determination is accurate and reliable.
