摘  要:在体细胞内记录显示,豚鼠用戊巴比妥钠浅麻醉时,95%肠系膜下神经节(IMG)细胞有自发快兴奋性突触活动。该电位随胞膜超、去极化相应增减,为六烃季胺阻抑,表明为胆碱能烟碱型受体所中介。静息时约52%细胞达到阈值,引起0.2~8Hz不均匀自发放电,其主动和被动电性质与离体节细胞相似。在体标本细胞电活动明显受动物全身机能状态影响。Intracellular recordings shoWed that 95 % of the inferior mesenterie ganglion neurons in vivo had spontaneous fast synaptic excitatory activity under light anaethesia with pentobarbital sodium(6-9mg). This potential was increased and decreased respectively by membrane depolarilisation and hyper polarization and antagonized by hexamethorium, showing the involvement of eholinergic nicotinic receptors. About 52% of the cells reached threshold and cause uneven sPOntaneous discharge in a frequency between 0.2-8 Hz. Its active and passive electric parameters were similar to those of the cells in vitro. The electric activities of the sampled cells are obviously affected by the fuctional state of the quinea - pig.
