摘　　要：The Guidelines on Bad Financial Assets Appraisal was issued in March 21, 2005 by the China Appraisal Society.To facilitate understanding and implement of the Guidelines,a meeting was held in Beijing.Representatives from Ministry of Finance,People ’s Bank of China,Bank of China,assets management corporations and a dozen of ap-praisal firms attended the meeting.Many positive remarks have been made on the newly issued regulation.The Guidelines on Bad Financial Assets Appraisal was issued in March 21, 2005 by the China Appraisal Society.To facilitate understanding and implement of the Guidelines,a meeting was held in Beijing.Representatives from Ministry of Finance,People ’s Bank of China,Bank of China,assets management corporations and a dozen of ap-praisal firms attended the meeting.Many positive remarks have been made on the newly issued regulation.
