有机活性绢云母填充量对尼龙6力学性能的影响

摘　　要：采用硅烷偶联剂对绢云母表面进行化学处理,并将其作为尼龙6的填充剂,通过改变活性绢云母填充量,研究增强尼龙6的力学性能.探讨硅烷偶联剂对绢云母的影响机理,分析活性绢云母填充量对尼龙6力学性能的影响规律.实验结果表明,活性绢云母填充绢云母填充尼龙6后的力学性能有显著的改善,活性绢云母填充尼龙6的数量存在着一个最佳值.Filling nylon 6 with sericite that had been activated by silane coupling agent superficially,the authors observed the correlation between the filling amount and the mechanics performance of nylon 6. In this article, the authors discuss how silane coupling agent affects sericite and analyses the way sericite filling amount affects the mechanics performance of nylon 6. The experimental result shows that, nylon 6 filled with activated sericite performs remarkably better and the optimized filling amount can be reached.
