摘 要:迄今为止,国际国内多数都是通过引入复合早强剂配制早强混凝土,早强效果不尽满意.采取优选水泥品种、复合早强剂、掺和细粉,物理化学方法等综合措施,正交设计试验方法确定最佳工艺组合,常温1d达111.7%fcu,k,3d达121%fcu,k,效果稳定,且在工程应用中取得颇佳的效果。可供研制、选用早强混凝土。So far,it is commonly used that people make up high-earlyconcrete with complex high-early agent in China and abroad,which proves unsatisfactory in its effects.Now it is proved that with the 111.7 percentage of standard compression strength(f_(cu,k))after 1 day of curing age and then 121 percentage after 3 days,high-earlyconcrete achieves its stable and very good effects,which is make up by optimizing cement and complex high-early agent.Mixing fine powder,selecting physical and chemical method and the optimized ways of combination through orthogonal text design.It can be refered to the selection of high-early concrete.
