右心室肥大的心电图诊断价值分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨心电图对右心室肥大的诊断价值。方法:分析98例经超声心动图或X线胸片检查诊断右心室肥大者,48例心电图诊断右心室肥大者的心电图改变特点。结果:V1导联出现小q波敏感性最低而特异性最高;电轴右偏≥+110°。及aVR导联R≥0.5mV,诊断右心室肥大的特异性亦较高。V1的室壁激动时间延长>0.03s的敏感性及特异性均不高。结论:V1导联出现小q波,电轴右偏≥+110°及aVR导联R≥0.5mV,可作为诊断右心室肥大的重要指标。Objective To explore the electrocardiographic for diagnosis of right ventricular hyperttrophy.Methods 98 cases with right ventricular hyperttrophy were diagnosis by echocardiogram or X-ray, 48 cases of them were diagnosis by electrocardiogram.To observe the changes in electrocardiogram.Results V_1 appear q-wave had a highest sensitivity and less specificity. electrical axis≥+110° And R_(avR)≥0.5 mV are high sensitivity and specificity. V1 VAT>0.03 s had less sensitivity and specificity.for diagnosis of right ventricular hyperttrophy.Conclusion V_1 appear q-wave, electrical axis≥+110° and R_(avR)≥0.5 mV are impotant stand for diagnosis of right ventricular hyperttrophy.
