摘　　要：目的:探讨晚期癌症患者的临终需求。方法:对465例癌症患者进行问卷式调查。结果:癌症患者需要人文关怀,期望安详无痛苦的死亡,希望自己的人格及躯体形象得到维护。结论:医护人员及亲属应尊重患者的权利,满足其愿望,体现人文关怀,让患者平静无痛苦地走完人生最后一程。Objective To discuss the last requirement of afternoon cancer patients.Methods To investigate 465 cases patients with cancer using puestionnaire.Results The patients with cancer need humanities solicitude,expectation sedateness and indolence death, wish vindicate oneself selfhood and body visualize.Conclusion It is functions of medical affairs people and family to respect right of patients with cancer,and content their dream.To incarnate humanities solicitude,and let them indolence and quietude when they will die.
