单纯肥胖儿童血脂、载脂蛋白ApoA_1、ApoB_(100)和体脂分布的关系

摘  要:本文测定了59例8~15岁单纯肥胖儿的血脂、脂蛋白及载脂蛋白ApoA_1,ApoB_(100)的含量.30名正常同龄非肥胖儿作为对照组.肥胖组TG、LDL、VLDL明显高于对照组(P<0.01),TC、APOB_(100)轻度升高(P<0.05)。而HDL及亚组份ApoA_1明显低于对照组(P<0.01).ApoA_1/ApoB_(100)比率在肥胖组下降(P<0.01).肥胖儿进行了体脂分布的测量和计算并与血脂、脂蛋白、ApoA_1、ApoB_(100)进行了相关分析。结果表明TG、LDL、VLDL、ApoB_(100)与体脂公布呈显著正相关(P<0.01).而HDL及ApoA_1与体脂公布呈负相关(P<0.01).其中关系最明显的是腰/臀比例(WHR).结果提示单纯肥胖儿血脂有变化且与体脂分布密切相关.The concentration of blood lipids, lipoproteins, apoliprotein A1, B100 are determined in 59 simple obese children, Control group are 30 health children of same age and hight. In obese children,the levels of TG,VLDL,LDL were singnificantly higher than control group ( P <0. 01). TC、 ApoB100 were mild increased ( P <0. 05) ,HDL(HDLc,HDL2c, HDL3c)were lower than that of control group( P <0. 01). ApoA, also was low( P >0. 01). Ratio of APO A1/Apo B100 decreased in obese group ( P <0. 01). Various measures of body fat distribution were completed and were related to blood lipids.lipoproteins.apoprotein A,, B100. The results showed that TG,LDL,VLDL,ApoB100 were closely positive correlation with percent over weigh, total skin folds, waist-to-hip circamference ratio (WHR),HDL ApoA1 were negative related to body fat distribution. These results suggets taht the level of blood lipids, lipoproteins and apoliprotein have changed in obese sujects, these changes closely related to body fat distribution. Therefor,obese children are at risk to atherosclerosis. Evaluation of bodyfat, espically WHR, in obese children may help to identify persons who must be susceptible to cardiovasular risk in adulthood.
