针刺穴位加溴化丙胺太林治疗氯氮平所致流涎的效果观察及护理

摘　　要：目的探讨针刺穴位加溴化丙胺太林治疗氯氮平所致流涎的效果及相应的护理。方法对80例氯氮平所致的流涎患者按治疗的顺序用摸球法随机分为两组各40例,治疗组采用针刺承浆、双侧地仓、双侧颊车、双侧合谷穴联合口服溴化丙胺太林治疗,对照组仅口服溴化丙胺太林治疗。两组分别治疗2周后观察疗效,并给予整体护理。结果治疗组治愈32例、有效6例、无效2例;对照组治愈22例、有效11例、无效7例,两组治疗效果比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论针刺加溴化丙胺太林治疗氯氮平所致流涎的效果显著,方法简便,适于临床使用。Objective To explore the effect and nursing methods of salivation caused by clocapine treated with acupuncture combined with propantheline bromide. Methods 80 patients with salivation caused by clozapine were divided into two groups evenly and randomly by lot-drawing. In treatment group,patients were treated with propantheline bromide combined with puncture on points of Chengjiang,Dicang on both sides,Jiache on both sides and Hegu on both sides,while in control group patients were only treated with propantheline bromide. After two weeks of treatment,the effect was observed and the holistic nursing was applied to patients. Results In the treatment group,32 cases were cured,6 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective; while in the control group,22 cases were cured,11 cases were effective,7 cases were ineffective. After comparison,there was significant difference between two groups. (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with propantheline bromide is remarkably effective,convenient and appropriate for clinical usage.
