摘　　要：针对197例食管及贲门癌患者手术后胃肠减压期间口渴、咽喉痛、饥饿感、睡眠障碍及心理痛苦体验等最常见的不适,护理上打破严格禁饮常规,充分体现以人为本的护理理念,给予患者生理舒适、心理支持及自我应对指导,明显提高了食管及贲门癌患者手术后胃肠减压期间的舒适水平。Aiming at the feel of thirsty,hunger,sore-throat,somnipathy and psychological bad-feeling of the patients who received gastrointestinal decompression after the esophageal and cardiac cancer operation,the authors broke the care routine which forbad drinking and eating,embodied the 'human-centered' nursing idea and gave patients physical comfort,psychological support and self-coping guidance,which improved the comfort degree obviously.
