恶性肿瘤患者行全身热疗联合化疗预防烫伤的护理

摘　　要：总结20例恶性肿瘤并转移患者采用全身热疗联合化疗时预防烫伤的护理措施,将患者体位摆放、医用材料选择、易烫伤部位保护等作为预防烫伤的重点,本组只有2例患者在小腿出现单个小水疱,经对症处理,1周后痊愈。恶性肿瘤转移患者行全身热疗联合化疗,疗效较好,弥补了治疗手段的不足,明显提高了肿瘤治疗的效果,严密的护理措施能有效减少烫伤的发生。The author summarized their nursing measures for caring 20 malignant patients treated by whole-body heat therapy combined with chemotherapy,focusing on body posture,selection of medical articles,protection of body parts liable to burn. Some singular bubbles developed in the legs of only 2 patients and were healed with timely treatment one week later. Whole-body heat therapy combined with chemotherapy is effective in treating malignant tumor patients,which increases the therapeutic efficacy. Rigorous nursing measures are effective in the prevention of burns.
