摘　　要：通过总结在神经内科对脑卒中患者开展系统康复治疗工作的体会,包括建立小规模康复室、人员培训、合理配备人员和设备、掌握康复时机等,认为康复治疗能够改善患者躯体功能,提高生活质量,缩短住院时间,减少医疗费用,以上每个环节的工作均很关键。By summarizing experience of performing systematic rehabilitation treatment for patients with stroke and hemiplegia in department of neurology,including:setting up small-scale rehabilitation room,personnel training,allocating human resource and equipment reasonably,mastering time of rehabilitation. The authors argued rehabilitation could improve patients' body function,improve life quality,shorten time of hospitalization and reduce medical fee. All links mentioned above were very important.
