电针合并利培酮治疗精神分裂症阴性症状对照研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨电针治疗精神分裂症阴性症状的疗效和副作用。方法:将75例以阴性症状为主的住院精神分裂症患者分为研究组与对照组,分别给予利培酮合用电针及单用利培酮治疗,疗程8周,用PANSS、TESS评定疗效和副作用。结果:4周末及8周末两组PANSS总分和各因子分与疗前比较差异有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。两组间比较,4周末阴性因子分和8周末PANSS总分及阴性因子分差异有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:电针治疗精神分裂症阴性症状有较好的疗效,且副作用少。Objective:To explore therapeutic effectiveness and side effects of galvano-acupuncture in negative symptoms of schizophrenia.Methods:Seventy-five schizophrenic in-patients with negative symptoms were divided into research and control groups,treated by combination of galvano-acupuncture and Risperidone or single Risperidone for 8 weeks,and therapeutic effectiveness and side effects assessed using the PANSS and TESS.Results:Compared with pre-treatment,there were significant difference in total scores and factors′ scores of the PANSS for both the 2 groups at the end of 4th and 8th week(P<0.05 or P<0.01).There were significant difference in the negative factors′ scores at the end of the 4th and total score of the PANSS at 8th week between the 2 groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:Galvano-acupuncture has better therapeutic effectiveness and fewer side effects in the negative symptoms of schizophrenia.
