摘　　要：本文通过对三个技术推广和扩散模型的分析,一方面试图说明在技术进步速率不断加快,新的技术创新层出不穷的条件下,进行技术创新和技术进步所面临的基本矛盾和基本问题;另一方面则试图分析网络经济条件下企业在技术进步和技术选择上所面临的特殊问题和困难。并结合三个模型的分析进一步说明和引申出我国在从2G到3G无线通讯技术的过渡中所面临的困难和可能的政策选择。The paper tries to demonstrate the fundamental problems and difficulties facing the enterprises when they carry out the technological innovation and progress through the analysis of three models of technological spread and diffusion in the time period of increasingly speedy technology progresses would take place in general,and tries also to analyze the special problems and difficulties facing those enterprises in the network economy in their technological progress in particular.The paper further demonstrates the difficulties and possible policy options in the technical transformation from 2G to 3G in the wireless telecommunication industry in China by incorporating the analysis of the three models with the technical transformation.
