摘　　要：在粉末冶金铁件上进行电镀和氧化发黑时,其预处理是关键。对高温除油、封孔、中间镀层等镀前处理进行了重点叙述。介绍了粉末冶金铁件上电镀工艺和氧化发黑的现状、特点和操作流程。The pretreatment technologies such as degreasing at elevated temperature, sealing of micro-pores and plating of intermediate coating were highlighted with respect to the electroplating and oxidized blackening of powder metallurgical iron-based wares. The current status, characteristics, and operation flow of the technologies for the electroplating and oxidized blackening of the powder metallurgical iron-based wares were introduced as well from a viewpoint of industrial production. It was pointed out the pretreatment including degreasing at elevated temperature, sealing of micro-pores and plating of intermediate coating all had prominent effect on ensuring the quality of the electroplated and oxidized blackened modified layer on the powder metallurgical iron-based wares.
