摘  要:研究连作地、新开地及施加有机肥的连作地中的微生物多样性与生姜青枯病的关系,结果发现,连作地在施加有机肥后,青枯病的发病率降至37.64%,真菌、放线菌的数量增加。土壤的几丁质酶活力增加,Shannon指数、Simpson指数及MeIntosh指数、Aiataoa均匀度均显著增加。结果表明,施加生态有机肥可以改善土壤微生物群落结构,提高微生物多样性,从而抑制病害发生。The relationship between bacterial wilt (Ralstonia solanacearum) of ginger and the soil biodiversity in freshly plowed soil and continuously cropping soils with or without the addition of EFO (ecological organic fertilizer). The incidence of the disease was reduced to 37.64% in the continuously cropping soil when EFO was applied to it. The number of fungi and actinomycetes, chitinase, Simpson index, Shannon index, McIntosh index and Alatalo evenness increased. Such results showed that application of EFO helped increase soil biodiversity and suppress soil-borne pathogens on the ecological level.
