摘　　要：介绍了网络环境下高校图书馆数字参考咨询服务的方式,分析了参考咨询服务面临的挑战,提出了参考咨询服务发展的策略。This paper introduces the patterns of the digital reference service of university library under the network environment, analyzes on the challenges faced by university library, and puts forward the developing strategies of the reference service.
