摘　　要：阐述了人本管理的内涵和图书馆进行人本管理的必要性,从用户服务人本管理和对馆员的人本管理两方面介绍了人本管理在图书馆管理中的应用。This paper briefly introduces the connotation of the people-based management and the necessity of carrying out the people-based management in the library, and introduces the application of the people-based management in the library from two aspects of the people-based management for the readers and the people-based management for the librarians.
