摘　　要：从图书馆数据库建设入手,比较了各公司数据库软件,着重探讨了智能检索技术、跨库检索技术及数据关联技术在数据库的应用,提出了元数据的概念。Starting from the construction of library's database, this paper makes comparison of the database software of each company, probes into the application of intelligent searching technique and multi-database searching technique and data association technique in the database, and puts forward the Chinese metadata.
