摘　　要：保障措施案件越来越多,各国对此越来越重视,我国也开始拿起保障措施这一武器保护我国产业安全,但是我国各界对保障措施还很陌生。本文侧重分析了保障措施协议发展和保障措施特点,提出了我国的具体应对策略。With safeguard measure cases appearing more and more, all countries pay more and more attention to it, and China also starts to take safeguard measure to protect China's industries, but the public are still very not family with safeguard measures. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the safeguard measures law and its practices. and also puts forward China's countermeasures.
