摘　　要：高素质物流管理人才是现代物流发展的关键因素。针对我国目前物流管理人才培养的现状和问题,提出了我国物流管理人才培养的对策和建议。The high-quality logistics management personnel is a key factor in the development of logistics service. Focusing on the current situation and question of personnel training to the logistics at present of our country, put forward the logistics countermeasure and suggestion of management personnel training of our country.
