活性氢物质存在时丁硫醚的催化转化反应研究

摘  要:在催化剂和含活性氢物质存在下,探讨了在固定床微型反应器中模型有机化合物丁硫醚的催化反应转化规律。实验结果表明,合适的反应条件是常压,反应温度为300℃,进样速度为50mL/h,质量空速为3.0h-1。HZSM-5型分子筛与Co-Mo/Al2O3-TiO2混合而成的复合型催化剂具有较高的催化活性和脱硫效率。测得石油大学胜华炼油厂生产的经碱洗后的催化裂化汽油的(吸附+脱硫)效率达到53.0%。The catalytic desulfurization rule of the model organic compound butyl-sulfide in fixed bed micro-reactor was studied in the presence of catalyst and activated hydrogen substance. The experimental results show that the appropriate reaction conditions were the mixed catalyst of HZSM-5 zeolite and Co-Mo/Al_2O_3-TiO_2, reaction temperature of 300℃, atmosphere pressure, and the mass hourly space velocity of 3.0 h~ -1. There were higher catalytic activity and desulfurization efficiency for the mixed catalyst of HZSM-5 zeolite and Co-Mo/Al_2O_3-TiO_2. The adsorption and desulfurization efficiency of the FCC gasoline produced in Shenghua refinery of Petroleum University after caustic washing was 53.0%.
