关于扩大风险资本来源的思考

摘　　要：风险投资对于高新技术产业的发展有重大影响,而我国风险投资资本不足限制了风险投资事业的发展。风险投资资本不应单独以财政资金作为主要来源,还应当明确其他主体的优势,从金融机构、产业公司、居民个人以及国外机构获得资金。而要想多方面获得资金,必须改善风险投资环境,建立符合中国国情的风险投资公司的组织模式。应规范风险投资公司的运作,加紧培养人才,发挥风险投资发展的地区效应,通过多方努力增加风险投资资本,促进风险投资事业的发展。Risk investment has major impact to the development of the new high-tech industry, but the investment capital of risk of our country is not enough to limit the development of the undertaking of risk investment. The investment capital of the risk should not regard financial fund, as the main source alone, should also define the advantage of other subjects, obtain fund from individuals of financial institution, industry's company, and resident and foreign organization. And should want to obtain fund in many aspects, must improve the risk investment environment, set up the organization mode of the venture capital firm which accords with the China's actual conditions, should standardize the operation of the venture capital firm, step up training talents, give play to the regional effect that the risk invests money in developing, through making great efforts to increase the investment capital of the risk in many ways, promote the development of undertaking of risk investment.
