摘　　要：法律市场的均衡分析是法经济学研究中一个重要的课题,本文借用经济学市场模型分析结构,研究法律市场的供给特点以及法律产品的特性,得出法律市场属于垄断竞争性市场,并结合供求理论、理性预期、蛛网模型对静态法律市场和动态法律市场的均衡问题进行经济学上的分析。Analysis of the law market's equilibrium is an important issue in the study on Law and Economics. According to the market models in Economy, this paper analyze the characteristics of the demand -supply of law, also the traits of law as a commodity, we come to the conclusion that the law market is an oligopoly competition one. Combined with the demand-supply theory and Spider web model, we take an economic approach to the static and long run Equilibrium of the Law Market.
