不同胸骨翻转术治疗漏斗胸的对比研究

摘　　要：目的探讨不同胸骨翻转术治疗漏斗胸优缺点。方法应用带腹直肌蒂胸骨翻转术治疗漏斗胸11例,带上下血管蒂胸骨翻转术治疗漏斗胸9例。结果所有病例手术效果满意,术中翻转胸骨片血运丰富,术后长期随访,无复发。结论与带上下血管蒂胸骨翻转术相比,带腹直肌蒂胸骨翻转术治疗漏斗胸具有手术简便、安全、治疗效果满意、术后无复发的特点。Objective To explore the surgical correction for the patient with funnel chest.Methods 11 cases of funnel-chest deformity were treated by Sternoturnover with pedicle of abdominal rectus muscle and 9 cases were treated with preservating up and down vessel pedicle.Results The results of surgery were all satifactory.The sternal padicles had abundant blood supply.There was no recurrence after operations.Conclusion Compared with preservating up and down vessel pedicle,sternoturnover with pedicle of abdominal rectus muscle for funnel chest has following advantages:simple operation,safety,satisfactory results and no recurrence.
