摘  要:目的测定高脂血症患者血清超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化并探讨二者对疾病发展、预后的重要意义。方法将84例经血脂4项测定符合高脂血症的病例设为观察组,70例血脂正常,无主要器质性疾病的健康体检者设为对照组,行SOD活性和MDA含量测定,并将二组结果进行统计学分析比较。结果观察组SOD活性与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),MDA含量与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论高脂血症与血清SOD活性和MDA含量变化密切相关;测定高脂血症患者SOD活性和MDA含量对疾病的发展、预后和监测都有重要意义。Objective To determine changes of superoxide (SOD) viability and malonaldehyde (MDA) content in serums of patients with hyperlipidemia; and explore the significance for development and prognosis of diseases. Methods 84 patients were diagnosed as hyperlipidemia by four items of blood lipid (observe group); and 70 healthy people with normal blood lipid levels were controls. The SOD viabilities and MDA contents were detected, the results of two groups were analyzed and compared. Results Differences of SOD viabilities and MDA contents between the observe group and the control group were significant(P<0.05,P<0.01). Conclusion The hyperlipidemia is correlated to SOD viabilities and MDA contents; and to detect SOD viability and MDA content in serum of patients with hyperlipidemia are significant for development、prognosis and surveillance of diseases.
