摘　　要：文章分析民营企业档案工作的现状,查找制约民营企业档案工作原因;探索民企业档案工作方法,更好地促进民营企业的快速、健康发展。This paper focuses on the status of the archive management in private enterprises and tries to find out the restrictions to the management; At the same time, it explores the ways to develop archive management in this kind of enterprises so as to promote the enterprises' quicker and healthier development.
