摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了磷钨酸改性介孔分子筛催化剂HPWA-SBA-15。XRD结果表明,磷钨酸在SBA-15分子筛上实现均匀分散。将该催化剂用于催化以十一碳烯酸与异丙醇为原料合成十一碳烯酸异丙酯,进行了不同催化剂的对比实验以及催化剂组成和重复使用性的考察。结果表明,当磷钨酸负载量为30%时催化剂性能最佳。重复实验证明,HPWA-SBA-15催化剂有良好的稳定性。Phosphotungstic acid (HPWA) was introduced into SBA-15 mesoporous molecular sieve by sol-gel technique to form HPWA-SBA-15. XRD patterns showed that HPWA was well dispersed in SBA-15. Iso-propyl undecylenate was synthesized from undecylenic acid and iso-propyl alcohol over HPWA-SBA-15. Comparison was made among different catalysts, and influence of composition and repeated use of the catalyst were investigated. Experimental results showed that optimum activity was attained at HPWA loading of 30wt%. Repeated use tests showed that HPWA-SBA-15 has good activity stability.
