摘  要:以SnCl4·5H2O为催化剂、异丙醇和对羟基苯甲酸为原料,直接酯化合成了对羟基苯甲酸异丙酯。讨论了醇酸物质的量比、反应时间以及催化剂用量等因素对酯化反应的影响,得到最佳反应条件为:醇酸物质的量比为2∶1,催化剂用量为2.5%,酯化时间为2.5h。在此条件下酯化率可达85%。Using SnCl4·5H2O as catalyst, isopropanol and p-hydroxybenzoic acid as raw materials, isopropyl p-hydroxybenzoate was prepared via direct esterification. The factors such as ratio between alcohol and acid,reaction temperature,and dosage of catalyst influencing on esterification were discussed. And the optimum reaction conditions were obtained as follows: ratio of alcohol to acid was 2∶1, the dosage of catalyst was 2.5%, and the time for esterification was 2.5h. Under above-mentioned conditions the yield of title compound could be up to 85%.
