摘　　要：该文根据当今数字化档案系统规模的不断扩大、档案资料已扩大到多媒体信息的实际,提出了建立新型的基于分布式的数字化档案管理系统的构想,并对海量档案数据存储、媒体流处理、档案访问签名等关键技术提出了具体的实现方法,同时根据分布式特点采用组件式实现系统服务功能,使系统更具扩展性和可维护性。In accordance with the continuous enlargement of the scale of contemporary digital files system and the enlargement of files to the multi-media information, this paper puts forward an assumption of building a new digital files management system based on the distributed structure, and exposes the concrete methods of realizing the key techniques such as mass files data storage, media stream treatment and files visiting signature. Moreover, according to the characters of distributed structure, the module mode is used to realize the functions of system service to make the system developable and defensible.
