摘 要:采用SDS-PAGE技术对引进的62份小麦种质资源的高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基(HMW-GS)组成进行分析,并按照相关评分方法计算其Glu-1位点的品质得分.结果表明,引进小麦种质资源的Glu-1位点具有丰富的遗传变异,共检测到14种亚基和27种亚基组合类型;品质评分为4~10分,平均为7.1分.在62份小麦种质资源中,有23个含有5+10优质亚基,出现频率为37.1%,28个含1亚基,8个含2*亚基,9个含14+15亚基,4个含5+12优质新亚基,其优异种质资源可供优质小麦育种利用.The compositions of high-molecular-weight glutenin subunits(HMW-GS)of introduced 62 wheat germplasms were analyzed using SDS-PAGE.The quality score at Glu-1of each germplasm was calculated according to the quality rating system described by Payne et al.The results showed that the genetic variation at Glu-1 locus of introduced wheat germplasms was abundant,and 14 subunit patterns and 27 subunit combinations were detected; The mean quality score in 62 wheat germplasms was 7.1,ranging from 4 to 10. Among 62 wheat germplasms,23 wheat germplasm carried 5+10 high-quality subunits,and the frequency of 5+10 subunit among them was 37.1%,28 of that with 1 subunits,8 of that with 2~* subunits,9 of that with 14+15 subunits,4 of that with 5+12 new emerging and high-quality subunits, and these quality germplasms were utilized in wheat quality breeding.
