摘 要:针对电机转子的自动动平衡校正,对R型铣削和V型铣削校正方式进行了研究。考虑去重质量在转子周向、径向、轴向的分布以及圆周上分布的槽对实际去除不平衡量的影响,建立较精确的R型铣削去重模型。以去除金属量最少为目标函数,建立了单排刀具和多排刀具的V型铣削去重模型。并开发了两种去重方式的智能规划系统。上述R型去重模型已成功用于我所开发的两工位全自动动平衡机,一次去重率可达92%,并且求解速度满足了系统实时性的要求。Aiming at automated balance correction of electric motor armatures, contour milling and V-milling correction was studied. Considering effect of armature circumferential, radial, axial distribution of removed metal and circumferential distributed slots against magnitude and phase of real unbalance, a more precision contour milling correction model was build. Minimum removed metal is taken as object, single cutter and multi-cutter V-milling correction model was build Intelligent programming system of the two methods was developed. The contour milling correction modal mentioned above has been successful applied in two-station fully automated balancing machine we developed, percent of removed unbalance amount of one correction can reach 92%, and solving speed of the modal meet real-time requirement of system.
