摘 要:在建立分离机立轴轴系计算模型的基础上,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS进行分析计算,得出碟式分离机立轴系统各阶临界转速,与实测结果相比,两者具有较好的一致性;对影响轴系临界转速的结构参数进行了计算分析比较,明确了主要零部件对各阶临界转速的影响,为该类机器的结构设计和动平衡提供依据。Based on the finite element analysis (FEA), the critical speed of vertical shaft system was calculated by a self-developed computing model of a dish centrifuge. The stiffness of upper bearing was considered sufficiently in calculation. In order to verify the calculated result, the vibration modes of a dish centrifuge were tested and measured. The comparison of the results from the calculation and the measurement proved a good coincide between them. The influences of structural parameters, such as mass and height of the bowl, supporting stiffness of upper bearing, participating mass, etc., on critical speed were analyzed.
