摘  要:无机粘结剂在有机复混肥上的应用很广泛,由于其存在一些缺点,在有机复混肥中的应用受到限制。利用天然的玉米淀粉合成了一系列的有机粘结剂,用以替代无机粘结剂在有机复混肥上应用。通过试验发现:淀粉粘结剂在有机复混肥造粒中不但能完全满足国家的肥料标准,甚至添加量也仅有物料量的1.5%~3.3%;且大于1mm的成粒率甚至高达98.0%,而且有效成粒率(2~6mm)也达到72.0%,且大型颗粒较少。所以以淀粉生产的有机粘结剂完全可以替代无机粘结剂用于有机复混肥的颗粒化生产。Although mineral binder bonds are used in organic compound fertilizer application very abroad, it is restricted increasingly. The development of organic compound fertilizer is done for its great many shortcoming. Wherefore, crude cornstarch is utilized to synthesize a series of organic binding agent for substituting mineral binder bond at organic compound fertilizer application. The test shows that starch binding agent on organic compound fertilizer granulation is fully fit to national standard of fertilizer, even dosage is only 1.5%~3.3% with the granulation rate(>1 mm) of 98.0% or effective granulation rate (2~6 mm)of 72.0% and even less large grain. So starch binding agent can be justified effective in substitute instead of mineral binder bond for organic compound fertilizer.
