摘  要:棉花的基因克隆主要集中在纤维品质、抗逆、棉酚相关基因、叶绿体基因、调控元件和发育相关酶蛋白等六个方面。在纤维品质方面,我国已克隆了β-微管蛋白基因、E6基因、GhbZ-IP、GhIAA16和40个棉纤维特异表达基因,同时还得到一批性质不清楚的cDNA克隆。国外已分离出Fbl2A、Rac13、.Rac9、MYB基因和20余个纤维发育相关基因。在抗逆性方面已得到了LRR-RC基因、14-3-3蛋白和PR蛋白基因等以及一些cDNA克隆。Advances have been obtained in the research of cotton gene cloning, which is mainly related to fiber quality, stress resistance, genes related gossypol, chloroplast genes, regulation elements, and enzymes, which are related to growth. In China, genes cloned in cotton fiber quality included β-canal-iculus protein, E6gene, GhbZIP, GMAA16 and about forty cotton-fiber special expression genes. A-broad,Fbl2A 、Rac13、Rac9、MYB gene and about twenty fiber development genes have been separated. Several genes were cloned in the field of stress resistance, such as LRR-RC gene, NBS-LRR, RGAs,14-3-3 protein and PR protein gene and some cDNA clones, and in the field of regulation elements,Lea-113,LIM domain gene, α-rreceptor protein gene and LTP3 promoter, CAP gene,Fb-B6, FbL2A promoter,GhTUBl promoter. As for chloroplast genes, we have gotten rps7 ,ndhB,a/b binding-protein gene, RUBP carboxylase gene, NADH dehydrogenase gene, et al, and in the field of enzyme, genes cloned were FPS, FPP, C4H, GhCtp and CP, et al; in the field of cotton genes related gossypol, only two genes were obtained which were cotton (+)-S-cadinene synthase gene and desoxy-hemigossypol-6-o-methyltransferase gene. Cloning method included: cDNA liberty, genome liberty and RACE, et al.
