摘　　要：文章分析了在图书馆工作实践中“读者权利”缺失的现象,探讨了在民主政治制度指导下“读者权利”信息保障体系的建立。The paper analyzed the phenomenon that readers' right is absent during the library work practiceand also explained how to construct the information ensuring platform of readrs' right under the guide ofdemocratic politics system.
