野罂粟种子萌发温度的研究

摘　　要：利用电热恒温培养箱,参考种子萌发试验法,研究不同温度对野罂粟种子萌发力的影响。结果表明,野罂粟种子发育起点温度为2.8℃;,最适温域12～18℃;高温上限32℃;萌发有效积温为30.6℃。同时改进完善了种子发育起点温度和萌发有效积温的试验设计和算求方法。为野罂粟的适期播种提供了科学依据。By using the temperature controller and consulting the examination methods of germination test. We had studied the effects of temperature on the germination of paparer nuclicaule’s seed. The results showed.The beginning germination temperature of Papaver nudicaule’s seed was 2.8℃, the highest germination temperature was 32℃, the fittest temperature range was 12-18℃, the effective germination accumulative temperature was 30.6℃. The examination design and counting method of the beginning germination temperature and the effective germination accumulative temperature were improved. The results provided references to Papaver nudicaule’s seeds sowing on fit time.
