摘　　要：本文应用SDID法对贵州省汉、彝和回族健康人血清作了免疫球蛋白（Ig）水平调查。结果显示汉族三类Ig均低于彝、回族，而与国内健康汉族人无差异。The levels of serum immunoglobulin of normal adults, whose nationality is Han,Yi and Hui respectively, were measured using Single Direction Immunolobulin diffusion method (SDID).The results showed that the IgG,IgA and IgM in Han were all lower than thos among Yi and Hui.It was found that immunoglobulin levels of Han in Guizhou and Beijing were no significantly different.
