异形涤纶FDY竹节丝生产工艺的研究

摘　　要：研究了三角民形涤纶FDY竹节丝的生产过程,从切片质量、纺丝温度、侧吹风、卷绕工艺等几方面对生产工艺作了探讨.结果表明:采用合理的干燥工艺可获得含水率稳定在20μg/g以内、黏度降小于0.005dL/g的干切片,纺丝温度291℃,上澧率控制在1.8%～2%,GR1为1.5km/min,拉伸比的1.78倍时,可纺出质量优忍受的三角异形涤纶FDY竹节长丝.The process control of profiled PET FDY slub yarn was introduced. The investigation on the different process conditions such as chip quality, spinning temperature, quenching air and spinning speed were made. The results showed tha t the high-quality profiled PET FDY slub yarn was obtained at the water content of dried chips less than 20 μg/g, viscosity degradation less than 0.005 dL/g, spinning temperature 291 ℃, oil content 1.8 %~2 %,GR1 draw speed 1.5km/min an d draw ratio 1.78.
