延肾胶囊对慢性肾功能衰竭患者血浆内皮素、一氧化氮的影响及疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察延肾胶囊对慢性肾功能衰竭患者的血浆内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)的影响及疗效。方法68例慢性肾功能衰竭患者随机分为2组,治疗组34例口服延肾胶囊,对照组34例口服爱西特,观察2组血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Cr)、血浆内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)、白蛋白(Alb)、血红蛋白(Hb)、肌酐清除率(Cr)、24h尿蛋白定量(24hTP)变化及临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率85.3%,对照组为61.8%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组BUN、Cr、ET、24hTP较对照组下降明显(P<0.05),NO、Alb、Hb、Ccr治疗组较对照组升高明显(P<0.05)。结论延肾胶囊能够降低慢性肾功能衰竭患者BUN、Ccr、ET、24hTP,升高NO、Ccr、Alb、Hb,延缓慢性肾功能衰竭的进展。Objective To observe the effects of Yanshen capsule on endothelin (ET) and nitrogen monoxide (NO) and its therapeutic effect on chronic renal failure (CRF). Methods 68 patients with CRF were randomly divided into two groups. 34 patients in treatment group were treated with Yanshen capsule; the other 34 patients in control group were treated with Aixite. The blood urea nitrogen (BUN), serum creatinine (Cr), NO,ET, albumin (ALB), hemoglobin (HGB), creatinine clearance rate (Ccr) and urinary protein quantitative in 24 hours (24hTP) were detected and the therapeutic effects were observed in both groups . Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 85.3%, which was 61.8% in control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups ( P <0.05). Compared with those in control group, the BUN ,ET, Scr and 24hTP in treatment group decreased significantly ( P <0.05), and the NO, ALB, HGB and Ccr in treatment group increased significantly (P<0.05) . Conclusion Yanshen capsule can decrease the BUN ,ET, Scr and 24hTP and increase NO, ALB, HGB and Ccr in patients with chronic renal failure , so which can delay the progress of chronic renal failure.
