城市房屋拆迁中的利益冲突与协调方法

摘　　要：随着我国城市化进程的加速,旧城改造、新区建设中所涉及的拆迁冲突日益增多,拆迁事件时有发生,如何杜绝这类事件的发生,使城市房屋拆迁真正成为为国为民造福的好事。本文通过对城市房屋拆迁所涉及各利益方相互冲突表现的总结,揭示了利益冲突发生的内在原因,并针对涉及不同冲突对象提出了协调解除冲突的几种基本的方案。With the accelerating of urbanization progress of our country, the removal conflict in the old city redevelopment, involves the exploitation of new cities construction increases day by day, the demolition incident happen occasionally, how to stop the emergence of incident ,Make the urban house pull down and really become the good thing that brings benefit to the people for the country. This paper, through pulling down one cubic meter of summaries conflicting and displaying to the urban house each other of all interests involved, has announced the inherent reason taking place in interests conflict , and to involving not putting forward several kinds of basic schemes which removes the conflict of coordinating with the conflict target.
