摘　　要：“美刺”说作为两汉诗学的重要诗论原则,对后代诗学影响深远,本文试从历史与现实两个方面来探讨它的成因。the theory of “Mei Ci”is an important poetical theory principle to the Han dynasty poetical theory ,making a profound and lasting influence on the later poetical .this essay is trying to research it’s causing of formation about two factors from history to reality .
