摘　　要：劳动佣工(临时工)己成为高校后勤队伍的重要组成,对于他们管理的好坏,直接关系到后勤和学校的稳定与发展。应将高校后勤劳动佣工纳入各级各类组织和机构中,进行有效的管理。Labour employees (or temporary workers) have become an important part of the logistical staff in a university. The management effect of them will directly affect the stability and development of the logistics and the school. So it is necessary to incorporate the logistical labour employees into various organizations and institutions so as to achieve effective management.
