伽玛刀结合囊内放射治疗囊实性颅咽管瘤的护理配合

摘　　要：目的总结伽玛刀结合立体定向放射性同位素囊内置入放射治疗囊实性颅咽管瘤的全程护理体会。方法对33例囊实性颅咽管瘤的病人进行伽玛刀结合立体定向放射性同位素32P囊内置入放射治疗的全程治疗配合及护理。结果通过33例囊实性颅咽管瘤的治疗配合及护理,病人均安全、顺利地完成治疗,术后并发症少,恢复快,临床症状迅速改善,提高了病人的生活质量。结论伽玛刀结合立体定向放射性同位素囊内置入放射治疗是一种治疗囊实性颅咽管瘤的安全而有效的方法。完善治疗前、中、后的护理是保证治疗顺利进行及治疗效果的重要环节。Objective To summarize the nursing experience for curing cystic craniopharyngioma by gamma knife combined with stereotactic operations of radioisotpe of intracapsular radiotherapy. Methods To carry out curing cooperation and nursing for 33 patients with cystic craniopharyngioma by gamma knife combined with stereotactic operations of radioisotpe 32P of intracapsular radiotherapy. Results 33 patients with cystic craniopharyngioma safely and successfully finish the treatment.They have less postoperative complications, rapid recovery and improve clinical symptom and living quality. Conclusion It is an effective and safe method to use gamma knife combined with stereotactic operations of radioisotpe of intracapsular radiotherapy, the key point of ensuing successful and effective treatment is the improvement of whole curing nursing.
