安徽省部分高校大学生体质健康和体育生活方式关系的研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实验法、访谈法、数理统计法,对安徽省6所普通高校1108名大学生的体质健康和体育生活方式之间关系进行了分析研究,内容涉及体质健康和体育生活方式及其关系、影响大学生体育生活方式的因素。并针对所存在的问题,提出相关的建议。By consulting literature, surveying questionnaires, testing, visiting and applying mathematical statistics,1108 undergraduates at 6 universities in Anhui on relation between healthiness and sports mode were analyzed and studied. The paper relates to healthiness and sports mode of undergraduates and the factors of restricting sports mode. The suggests which aimed at existent problem were made.
