摘　　要：如何实现各政府部门的异构系统间互联互通是电子政务领域一项极富挑战性的工作。提出了基于消息中间件的电子政务协同工作流模型,将异构系统整合到统一的业务流程之中,并采用Petri网对业务流程中各部门子系统间的调用序列进行了形式化描述,确保了业务流程建模的正确性。How to realize the communication among the heterogeneous system in the government is a quite challenge in the E-government field. To solve this problem, Message Oriented Middleware (MOM) E-government workflow model is presented in which heterogeneous systems are combined into unify business process. The invoking sequence of the department subsystem in the business process is formally described with Petri net to ensure the correctness of business process model.
