普通热轧钢板环境性能的评价研究

摘　　要：从LCA角度对普通热轧钢板的环境协调性能进行了分析和评价。考虑到普通热轧钢板在使用过程,特别是焊接时,其低熔点有害杂质元素挥发对人和环境可能造成的不利影响后,提出了一个衡量普通热轧钢板环境性能的物理指标:低熔点有害元素Sn、Pb、As、Sb、Bi总含量值。对国内几个主要钢铁企业与几个主要进口国所生产的普通热轧钢板的低熔点有害元素含量进行了对比分析研究,结果表明,国内几个主要钢铁企业所生产的普通热轧钢板的环境性能平均水平并不比几个主要进口国的低。Enviromental properties of hot-rolled steel sheets were analysed and assessed by using LCA method. Considering that there were negative influences volatility of low melting temperature elements on human health and environment during the use especially in welding of hot-rolled steel sheets, a physical parameter was suggested to stand for the environmental property of hot-rolled steel sheets, that was total contents of five elements Sn?Pb?As?Sb?Bi in hot-rolled steel sheets. Comparative study was made on total contents of five elements Sn?Pb?As?Sb?Bi in hot-rolled steel sheets produced by some main domestic large steel works and some main imported countries and area. It was shown that environmental property levels of hot-rolled steel sheets produced by some main domestic large steel works were not inferior to that of the hot-rolled steel sheets produced by some main imported countries and area.
