摘　　要：通过21世纪山西省农业与农村经济面临的形势分析,提出必须实现农村技术创新和建立有特色的农村科技体系,并阐述了到2020年山西省农村科技的重点领域和保证农村科技体系建设的主要措施。<Abstrcat> Through analysis of the situation of agriculture and rural economics of Shanxi province in 21st century, we learned that the technical innovation has to be done in countryside and a special rural technological system has to be set up as well. Some key field of agricultural technologies in Shanxi province up to 2020 have been described and the main methods of setting up a rural technological system.
