摘　　要：以ARIS方法描述在需求定义阶段的建模步骤。以某有色金属企业熔炼车间生产管理过程为例,从车间目标出发,采取由上至下、层层分解的方法,详细介绍了在需求定义阶段对业务进行建模的具体过程。The paper describes the enterprise modeling procedure in requirement definition stage based on ARIS method. Through a case study of melting workshop's management of one non-ferrous metal enterprise, beginning from the target of workshop, by the method of from top to bottom and decomposing the level, the procedure of enterprise modeling in the requirement definition stage is described.
